Ride the Heuberger Subaru Starlight Spectacular, June 20, 2009, 11:59 pm, Garden of the Gods Visitor Center.

Registrations must be received by June 19th at noon by mail, at bike shops or web site. Registrations will be accepted at all packet pick-up locations; at the Trails and Open Space Coalition, 1040 S. 8th Street, Suite 101, Colorado Springs, CO, 80906; by fax to (719) 633-7480; or at www.active.com. You can also register or pick up your packet on the night of the ride at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center from 10 to 11:30 p.m.
Register early to receive pre-registration savings on entry fees and to ensure the packet pick-up location of your choice! Pre-registration ends June 6th . Packets will not be distributed to or for any rider who fails to sign the ride waiver.
Packet pick-up will be June 13th through June 19th at noon for participants who register on or before June 6th . Participants registering on June 8th or later may ONLY pick up their packets on the night of the ride.

Pre-Register and Save - Deadline for Pre-Registration is June 6th.
Teams are encouraged to register their members at one time. However, teams may add additional members up through 12:00 pm, June 19, 2008 for consideration in the team challenge.
Teams are eligible for the West One Group Challenge Trophy.
Special Prize Information
Prizes are going out to 'Most Creative Attire", Most Extravagantly Illuminated",
and Largest Team (win the West One Group Largest Team Trophy).

- Entry must be postmarked by May 31to ensure that your packet is available
for early pickup.
- No packets are mailed.
- Packets resulting from entries postmarked after May 31 will be available
for pick-up at the night of the event. Due to potential Postal Delivery times, no guarantees are made that entries postmarked after June 18th will have been received.
- One form per rider, including children.
- No refunds.
- Form may be copied and submitted.
- All children must submit an entry form signed by them and their parent or guardian.
Event Day Registration
- You may register from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center.
- It is important that you arrive early.
No packets will be given out after 12:15 a.m.
- Staggered starts begin at midnight.
Once the group mass has started, no late comers will be allowed to ride as part of the Starlight Spectacular.

Packet Pick-Up
- Night of ride - Packet pickup at the bike shops closes Friday, June 19, noon. Please
pick your packet up at the Garden of the Gods Visitors Center on the night
of the ride between 10:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
